His co-star Olly Murs could relate to the problem

As the new dad adjusts to sleepless nights and endless nappy changes, he’s admitted the level of exhaustion has taken him by surprise.
During his Heart Radio show on Saturday morning, a caller mentioned how tiring it was to organise their clothes.
Mark couldn’t help but relate, responding, “Lisa, I have to stop you there. Sorting your clothes is tiring? Don’t talk to me about tired right now. My little baby, Palma, is absolutely exhausting me. I walked in this morning, and Olly [Murs] took one look at me and said, ‘You look shattered.’”
Olly, who became a dad last year, couldn’t resist teasing his friend. “Mate, it’s your eyes. I’ve never seen those little bags before, and I’ve known you for years. It’s a dad thing, you just wake up one day with bags under your eyes.”
Taking it in his stride, Mark laughed and added, “Yeah, people talk about ‘dad bod,’ but no one warns you about ‘dad eyes.’”
Despite the exhaustion, the former Strictly Come Dancing finalist revealed he couldn’t be happier about fatherhood. “It’s the best thing ever,” he said, before joking, “Except when I’m trying to wind her after a bottle at 2 a.m.—absolute nightmare.”
Brassic star Michelle and Heart radio host Mark have since been busy adjusting to life as parents.
They have been lying low since but have shared snippets of their new normal on Instagram.
Just recently, the celebrity couple revealed they are sharing Palma’s night feeds as they enjoyed separate dinners.
Mark tucked into a tasty plate of noodles and veg, with a side plate of nachos at home, telling fans he was preparing for a late night with their little one.
The former Towie star wrote over the top: “Carbing up for the night feeds” alongside a baby and a bottle emoji.
