A Britain’s Got Talent act had the judges terrified during the latest show as they could hardly watch.
Bao Cuong had audience members literally squirming in their seats as he performed his dangerous sword and scissors swallowing act.
A particularly tense moment in the performance saw Bao insert a 3ft pair of scissors down his throat before rapidly opening and closing them.
He then upped the ante even further as he swallowed a sword that was lit on fire and turned it into a flamethrower.
Following the performance, Bao revealed how dangerous his act really is as he shared how he had previously been hospitalised.

BGT judge Amanda Holden had asked: “Have you ever accidently knicked your liver?”
Bao told the judge “On one occasion I made a mistake. I created a hole in oesophagus and I had to have 23 stitches.”
Fellow judge Alesha Dixon said: “I’m speechless” over the act she was sure ‘must have taken years to master’.
Simon Cowell told Bao: “I mean this as a compliment. It was fantastically disgusting. It was one of my favourite auditions of the day.”
All four judges unanimously agreed he should progress to the next round for a chance of performing in front of the royal family at the Royal Variety Performance.
Viewers watching at home were on the edge of their seats watching the nevre wracking act.
One wrote on X: “Nah, that act had me screaming out loud!! # BGT,” while a second said: “Holy hell, that was so freakin’ terrifying and terrific!.”
A third commented: “Stupidly incredible. Not sure what I’m going to see next on this show.”
And a fourth added: “Omg he opened the scissors. Scary but bloody amazing #BGT.”
